At Edge of Light, we love to worship God by appreciating the beauty of His creation and believe in taking care of the earth. We choose to partner with the following brands due to their commitment to ecofriendly practice.

Printful

Printful prints our designs for us - each one is individually printed for you when you place an order. Some of the steps they take to care for the environment include:

  • Unsold stock from traditional mass-printing often ends up in landfill. As Printful prints each product individually once an order has been received this reduces waste from overproduction
  • Kornit printers are used, which produce close to zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers
  • Inks used for printing are Oeko-Tex certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals
  • Threads used for embroidery are 100% recycled polyester and Oeko-Tex certified
  • All apparel products are shipped in post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging such as Pollastic Poly Mailers - made from recycled ocean bound plastic pollution rescued from coastal communities across Southeast Asia

AS Colour

As colour make the base products that the majority of our designs are printed on. Some of their environmentally friendly policies include:

  • Part of the Better Cotton Initiative, the largest cotton sustainability program in the world
  • Use Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified dyes to ensure products are free from dangerous substances such as pesticides
  • Implementing measures to reduce plastic use in their supply chain. Read about specific plastic-reduction initiatives here.

Atlantis Infinite Headwear

Our beanies are manufactured by Atlantis. Some of their commitments to sustainable practice are as follows:

  • Focus on the use of organic or recycled materials for their products. The beanies used by Edge of Light are 100% certified organic cotton.
  • Use Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified dyes to ensure products are free from dangerous substances such as pesticides
  • Global Organic Textile Standard certified - environmental and social criteria are enforced at every level of the production chain
