Shipping
Shipping Times
Edge of Light currently ships to Australia only. All products apart from beanies are shipped from within Australia and have an expected delivery time of 6 - 12 business days.
Beanies are shipped from the US and have an expected delivery time of 15 - 25 business days.
We ship to all physical addresses in Australia but cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and that you may receive some items ordered together as separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
We have a standard shipping rate of $10 per order. Express shipping is not currently available.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or delayed please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
Print on Demand
Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce waste from overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective upon arrival. In the case of a defect, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
